Convenient Location! This place is right next to Xuan Huong Lake and close to the city center. I was pleasantly surprised to find Bellagio Patisserie nearby. They offer some yummy treats and refreshing drinks! 🍰.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the warm welcome of the hotel staff with spicy tea and fresh cookies. the location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of the city, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the city and hills. the rooms were impeccably clean and they provide a fridge that is restocked daily.

That I was disappointed with the lack of breakfast options and the coffee was too strong for my liking. these were minor issues, and the overall quality of service and comfort made up for it.

The sauna was not efficient enough to keep us warm, and the absence of a window in the room made it feel a bit cramped and stuffy. The breakfast options were limited and didn't include much in the way of Western food.
